Inspired by the fluctuating and dynamic needs of the modern workforce, the office design for the Province of British Columbia’s Leading Workplace Strategies Initiative evokes a feeling of contemporary fluidity. The layout of the space provides dynamic areas where independent and group work can take place simultaneously, supported by various types of functional furniture.
Throughout the office, we incorporated secluded spaces for conversations or topics requiring privacy. Fixtures and décor incorporate an element of inherent movement and fluidity through gentle waves and folds. The calming colour palette eliminates any feeling of government or institutional space, providing employees with an area that boosts productivity and supports a healthy office atmosphere.
