Split into three distinct areas – The Lounge, Dining Room, and Library – The Jungle Room is an inspired space that will transport you from Vancouver’s west-end to a canopied jungle hideaway.
The interior features a moody mix of nuanced themed materials, fixtures, objects, and of course a plethora of plant life.
Our team worked with Pacific Solutions Contracting to construct this space from concept to reality.
The Lounge
The lounge area includes round booths and banquettes in rich green leather, with a millwork bulkhead above featuring cascading foliage wrapping the room. The decorative lighting lends itself to the overall story; the Moooi perch pendants find a perfect home among the vines, with the Bocci 21 series pendants trailing down like falling petals. Textured wall paneling and botanical/ jungle-scene relief wallcovering complete the room.
The Dining Room
The Dining Room is centered around an impressive golden backlit bar with suspended lighting reminiscent of floating fireflies gently glowing overhead. The bar itself is stone on stone; a stunning green slab face with black and gold veined bar top. Barstools are wrapped in deep plum leather in a snakeskin emboss with dining chairs in lush velvets. Wood wall cladding flanks the space with a playful leopard inlay.
The Library
A cozy nook dubbed “the library,” is situated a few steps up and away from the dining area and bar. Mirrored bookcases filled with curiosities, flank an impressive book-matched slab clad vapor fireplace. The theme is carried through with a grouping of plush upholstered custom seating by Bloom Furniture Studio and the Kenneth Cobonpue Sage sofa.
