This 4-story development in the Mount Pleasant industrial area assembles manufacturing and office uses that respond to a visually compressed mid-block condition. The building frontage angles back from the street, with richly textured metal and wood building elements recalling the industrial history of the area and stitching together elements that create a dynamic pause in an otherwise linear streetscape.
