Project Information
With a goal to produce a space that supports the development of new recipes, ideas, and innovative products, MGBA worked with Pattison Food Group to develop the Innovation Kitchen, a welcome new addition to the Save-on-Foods head office. Located off the main cafeteria, and dubbed ‘the best office in the building’ this space provides equipment where chefs can test ideas and develop new recipes for distribution throughout Save-on-Foods establishments.
The space includes a casual bar seating area where dishes can be tested and analyzed, along with a boardroom table that can accommodate larger meetings. A large bay of glass panels can be fully opened to the adjacent covered patio during summer months.
