Launching their first flagship stores across Canada in 2025, Cozey and MGBA worked closely together to go from vision to reality in their flagship space at Robson + Bute.
The retail space offered a deep floorplan, which presented an opportunity to create zones to visually delineate customer experience spaces. Zones are identified by recessed lighting that runs the circumference of the space and repeats. The lighting pattern repeats as guests walk deeper into the space, and give guests the feeling of stepping through a gateway as they browse Cozey’s selection of comfortable, modern furniture.
Upon arrival at the back of the space, guests are met with fabric swatches and scale models where they can plan their living area, and make decisions on furniture type, layout, and colour.
