Canadian Tire

Located in the South Commons shopping complex in Edmonton, Alberta is the new flagship store for the retail giant Canadian Tire. With more than 137,000 sf of retail, 19 vehicle service bays, and almost 22,000 sf of outdoor garden centre; its large size had unique design and construction challenges. MGBA worked hard to provide the construction development service to meet an aggressive schedule coupled with the challenges of building through the Edmonton winter.

MGBA has proudly worked with Canadian Tire for almost a decade to design and oversee the construction of the vast majority of their new stores in Western Canada.
