Project Information
Located in the heart of Vancouver’s Chinatown will be the new Sparrow development. Partnering with Rendition Developments, MGBA has designed both the interior and exterior of this six-level mixed-use building. Glowing bright suites showcase a soft colour scheme complemented by warm oak accents. Contemporary detailing is paired with rustically textured tile and flooring, referencing the historic nature of the neighborhood.
