Adjacent to the home of the MGBA team sits a reflection, featuring space for Industrial, Manufacturing & Office use. The sites on West and east 7th avenue provided an opportunity for a phased development of two industrial shell buildings. Each 3-story building features one level of underground packing, providing both manufacturing and office space.
