Project Information
The development at 992 Gorge offers a distinct collection of 58 townhomes with a variety of two- and three-bedroom floorplans, ranging from 1,220 sf to 1,900 sf, to an established neighbourhood in Victoria. Designed to compliment the existing architecture in the community, our team blended contemporary aesthetic with traditional design by incorporating a timeless colour palette with vibrant elements to create a bespoke streetscape. The attention spent to the integration of new ideas with established elements achieves a sense of individuality and ensuring that no sense of community is sacrificed for current and future residents.
