Based in Vancouver, our talented staff are located nationally and provide architectural and design services for the hospitality, retail, commercial, industrial, and institutional markets across Canada.

We currently have positions available in our Vancouver and Victoria offices, as well as remote work opportunities in the Greater Toronto Area.

Current Positions

As an Architectural Technologist your responsibilities will include:

  • Drawing production
  • Consultant coordination
  • Contract administration

You are able to demonstrate:

  • Strong organizational skills
  • An ability to work independently and as a member of a larger team
  • An interest in growing your skills and responsibilities

You must be:

  • Registered or eligible to be registered with the AIBC
  • Proficient with AutoCAD, Revit, and Microsoft Office

You must have:

  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience
  • Experience in the production of complete working drawing packages

As an Interior Designer your responsibilities will include:

  • Developing strong design concepts conveyed via orthographic + 3D drawings
  • Participating in client presentations both independently and with a team
  • Developing and managing work for varied project types that range from fast-paced tenant improvements to large long-term corporate account work
  • Guiding project design based on current workplace trends, design and planning principles, aesthetics
  • Efficiently zoning, block planning and space planning to programmatic requirements
  • Working with clients to identify program needs
  • Developing FF&E packages while tracking budget adherence
  • Detailing extensive millwork packages and producing complete interior design drawing sets for design development review, for tender and for construction
  • Developing and issuing furniture RFP’s
  • Facilitating meetings to establish scope of work, budget, schedule requirements, client goals and design objectives of projects

You are able to demonstrate:

  • Strong graphic and visualization skills and the ability to execute the principles and elements of design in all phases
  • Ability to effectively communicate design ideas and direction verbally and visually
  • Ability to develop collaborative relationships with coworkers, clients and other key stakeholders
  • Knowledge of building codes and regulations Verifying code compliance of Interior Design Work
  • Strong documentation and field observation skills
  • Ability to interpret and incorporate abstract concepts into concise, accurate drawings and details
  • Strong knowledge of systems-furniture specifications and coordinating with local systems- furniture vendors
  • Initiative, attention to detail and follow-through
  • Excellent time management and strong organizational skills
  • Ability to work efficiently and meet deadlines for multiple, fast-paced projects both  independently and as a member of a larger team

You must be:

  • Proficient with Revit, AutoCAD, Photoshop, Sketchup, InDesign, and Microsoft Office. Vectorworks and Rendering skills an asset.
  • A self-starter that takes initiative

You must have:

  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience
  • Experience in the design and construction of commercial interior spaces

As a Project Manager / Project Architect your responsibilities will include:

  • Delivering a range of project types and sizes in a fast-paced, collaborative team environment
  • Interfacing with clients, municipalities, and contractors
  • Project organization
  • Drawing production and review
  • Consultant coordination
  • Contract administration
  • Mentoring of junior employees

You are able to demonstrate:

  • Strong organizational skills
  • An ability to work independently and as a member of a larger team
  • Experience with Sketchup, Revit, and scheduling software

You must be:

  • Registered with the AIBC, or
  • Eligible to be registered in the province of British Columbia
  • Proficient with AutoCAD, Revit, and Microsoft Office
