As the CRP and the design and technical Architect, MGBA is responsible for coordinating the design with the Owner and their Interior Design Department, Leasing Team, and Construction Team. After the establishment of a design, MGBA completed many administrative responsibilities related to construction and permitting.
Boasting vast square footage for residential, commercial, office, amenity, and parking space, this development is an impressive undertaking that integrates itself into the surrounding natural landscape and provides necessary services to residents. Completed in phases, the second part of this build includes two 5-story residential buildings, while phase three adds an additional three 5-story residential buildings.
