We are currently seeking an Architectural Technologist based out of our Vancouver office.

As an Architectural Technologist, your responsibilities will include:

      • Drawing production
      • Consultant coordination

You are able to demonstrate:

      • Initiative, attention to detail and follow-through 
      • Excellent time management and strong organizational skills 
      • An ability to work independently and as a member of a larger team
      • Proficient communication skills
      • An interest in growing your skills and responsibilities

You must be:

      • Proficient with AutoCAD, Revit, and Microsoft Office

You must have:

      • Graduated from a recognized Canadian program (e.g. BCIT, NAIT, SAIT, George Brown, Other)
      • Experience in the production of complete drawing packages an asset
      • Professional work experience in Canada an asset

We are currently seeking an Intermediate Interior Designer based out of our Vancouver office.

Your responsibilities will include:

      • Facilitating meetings to establish scope, budget, schedule, goals and design objectives
      • Developing strong design concepts conveyed via orthographic + 3D drawings
      • Efficiently zoning, block planning and space planning to programming requirements
      • Collaborating with team to design projects
      • Participating in + sometimes leading client presentations
      • Producing complete construction document sets including millwork detailing
      • Assisting with site reviews + performing contract administration duties during project construction
      • Developing, coordinating + procuring FF&E packages while tracking budget adherence

You are able to demonstrate:

      • Initiative, attention to detail and follow-through 
      • Excellent time management and strong organizational skills 
      • Ability to work efficiently and meet deadlines for multiple, fast-paced projects
      • Graphic and visualization skills 
      • Ability to develop collaborative relationships with coworkers, clients and consultants
      • Documentation and field observation skills 
      • Ability to execute the principles and elements of design in all phases
      • Ability to effectively communicate design ideas verbally and visually 
      • Knowledge of building codes verifying code compliance of Interior Design scope

You must be:

      • Proficient with AutoCAD, Photoshop, Sketchup, Enscape, InDesign, and Microsoft Office
      • Vectorworks, Revit and Lumion skills an asset
      • A self-starter that takes initiative

You must have:

      • Minimum 5 years of professional work experience
      • Demonstrated experience in the design and construction of commercial interior spaces in Canada

We are currently seeking an experienced Interior Designer for our growing Victoria office.

RESPONSIBILITIES you will have:

      • Create, develop + execute unique design concepts in collaboration with your team
      • Facilitate meetings to establish schedule, scope + budget requirements, client goals + design objectives
      • Zoning + space planning to best meet programming requirements
      • Collaboration with design leads in project development
      • Establish positive client relationships through successful management of expectations, communication + in the production of intriguing design presentations
      • Produce complete construction packages including MasterFormat specifications + construction drawings
      • Assist with site reviews + perform contract administration during project construction
      • Develop, coordinate + procure FF&E packages aligned with the programmed budget

SKILLS we’re looking for:

      • Passionate, industrious, proactive + inquisitive
      • Proficient in AutoCAD, Sketchup, Enscape, Adobe Creative Cloud + Microsoft Office
      • Revit, Vectorworks + Lumion skills an asset
      • Excellent time management and strong organizational skills 
      • Ability to work efficiently and meet deadlines for multiple, fast-paced projects
      • Initiative, attention to detail and follow-through 
      • Graphic and visualization skills through 3D modelling + freehand sketching
      • Ability to develop collaborative relationships with coworkers, clients, consultants + suppliers
      • Documentation and field observation skills 
      • Ability to execute the principles and elements of design in all phases
      • Ability to effectively communicate design ideas verbally and visually 
      • Knowledge of building codes verifying code compliance of Interior Design scope
      • Strong comprehension of FF+E and capable of developing FF+E packages

QUALIFICATIONS you have:

      • Legally permitted to work in Canada
      • Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or equivalent
      • Minimum 4 years of experience in multi-residential, commercial, and/or hospitality design [at least 2 years in Canada]
