Executive Summary

MGBA has clients, not projects. Our goal at MGBA is to work with like-minded clients who seek to create great places and spaces through innovative design with the end user squarely in mind. A great project only starts with a great client, who is willing to work collaboratively with MGBA in a team-like environment to deliver projects that are fun, profitable and result in great design for the client and its patrons.

Commitment to Sustainability

Our approach is a responsible attitude towards sustainability that is driven by both client needs and a recognition of our own responsibilities.

Our Certified projects include Lululemon Athletica’s first LEED Certified retail store and the 180 West Esplanade Building in North Vancouver. Additional and ongoing efforts in a range of other projects satisfy or exceed established municipal requirements in sustainability, including the Fremont Village Shopping Centre in Port Coquitlam, and the Mercedes-Benz Canada – Corporate Headquarters & Dealership on Lougheed Highway in Vancouver.

As a LEED Accredited office, MGBA takes pride in its ability to assist in the distillation of a sustainable strategy to project delivery, whether driven by the goal of LEED Certification or simply a desire to pursue the financial and environmental benefits of a sustainable approach.
